Very friendly staff. Nice updated rooms.

I usually love staying at Hilton, but this time was just not good. I booked two rooms. My son’s room was perfect but mine was not. There was a mold/sewage smell in the room. There was mold in the bathroom vent. There were stains in the carpet. The door had to be slammed to close all the way. The cover to the electronic key reader kept falling off. I took pictures. I tried to contact customer support but no one got back to me. I booked through a third party. I wasn’t told that I wouldn’t get Hilton Honors points for these two rooms until after they were trying to sell me another stay. The front office desk worker was nice at checkout and apologized for the inconvenience. I just believe we pay a lot of money to stay in Hilton/Times Square for a room to look like that.

Everything was good. Good location. Staff was great!

We got there to check in at 2pm they canceled our reservation for no reason at all. Told us we could rebook and when I went to rebook the price was $500 more. So glad I had other options or they would have left us high and dry in the heart of New York City smh

Very clean room nice air conditioning and a good stay. Staff also holds your bags for you if you need to check out before travel

Great location, close to Metro North, Time Square and Broadway. Hotel is modern and nice and clean. Room size is pretty good for NYC which tends to have very small rooms. This was my second stay here.

Excellent Location!

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect! Super sweet and helpful staff, especially the front desk and luggage bellhops! Very clean and spacious rooms! We loved every second of our visit! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

They will charge you a “destination fee” when you check out and they did disclose that fee with me checking in for the dishonesty I will not book there again.

The stay and the staff was pleasant. We arrived early and had to wait to check in but we did not mind a bit, the staff took care of our bags while we explored the city. The room was a bit dated, small and the bed mattress was uncomfortable. However, this did not impact much of our stay as we were out of the room most of the time. In addition, we did not eat breakfast or lunch in the small restaruant but got fresh, hot coffee every morning. Overall, we would recommend as this was a great place to stay accessible to all activities that were in walking distance.
