Staff at check in and check out, very pleasant and helpful. Convenient location to MSG.

Quiet and clean. Never heard loud traffic or honking cars like you usually do staying in nyc hotel in time square. Staff was really friendly too-especially Marie. Only annoying thing was paying $50 fee if you wanted to check in early even if it was only an hour early, which I’ve never done before. Most hotels let you check in early when rooms are available at no additional charge. Otherwise, great stay.

Stayed for two nights in one of the balcony rooms. It was very nice and the balcony was a nice amenity to unwind in the evenings or have coffee on in the morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Staff was extremely accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator didn't work. Online menu and hours from the barcode in the room doesn't match the current restaurant.

Great location and comfortable room.

Great location and room was good size for just family of 5 ( 2 littles )

Value for money very low. Very expensive per night

La chambre et le lit étaient incroyables. Les services et les attentions des employés etaient vraiment bien. Le meilleur est la localisation.

A++

Everything about this hotel was a problem from check-in to check out. We booked via Expediain in advance. The cost was over $800. I checked the price a week before my stay and it was half that price. I called the hotel to ask for price adjustment but they wouldn't help me. I had to go through Expedia to get the price corrected. when we arrived they assigned us to a room that was still occupied by the past tenant . We open the door to find someone sleeping. Figured it was an honest mistake so we didn't make a big deal. At check out they charged my credit card $530 for the pre pd room and didn't bother to tell me that they were re charging me. The only reason I knew was because I got a text alert. I questioned it and then they said oh that's because Expedia hasn't yet paid us and we're charging you for the room. Said they were going to work it out later with expedia, ultimately they knew I already paid so they should have at least told me ahead of time that they were re charging, regardless that's something they needed to work out with Expedia they should not have involved me at all. They did resolve it by the next day. Last don't be fooled by the complimentary water, it's really not complimentary. It's in the small print that you're going to be charged for it so if you drink it you're going to get an extra small charge to your card. Not that $6 is a big deal but if they catch everybody on this they're making a lot of money. Everything was Bait and switch from the get-go.
