满意 Staff was excellent and very kind. Excellent location to MSG port authority and Times Square. Rooms are very very small. Expedia states on site that VIP is entitled to 2 free cocktails. This hotel does not offer that and has juices and cookies instead. Not an equal trade off monetarily.
Stuffed animal on the bed was extremely unclean.

The room, while small, was all I needed as a solo traveler on my overnight stay. Super comfy bed and duvet! Great location near Penn Station so quick and easy to get to the train. Was impressed by some of the small details (esp for pet-owners) in a hotel so inexpensive.
Would book again.

This is a very clean and aesthetically enjoyable hotel, but the rooms are painfully tiny, and the rate is padded with a lot of surprise fees. Check the fine print on your booking. We stayed 3 nights, and the first night was awful due to an extra noisy AC and TV that didn’t work. We switched rooms for the next two days and slept very well. For the price, I think you can find a better hotel in the same area.
