When I called for a wake up call, I was warned that the service is run from overseas and might not be correct. Um, what?? Sure enough, my 7:30am wake up call came in at 6:30. Thankfully I was already awake. Unfortunately, I was awake most of the night because. The AC unit was so loud. I had earplugs but could still hear/feel it. Room was also still hot even set at 68F. I tried to call for another wake up call the next night (hoping 2nd time’s a charm) but nobody answered the Guest Service line. I tried calling three times — no answer. Sure the rate was more reasonable than at other properties, but there’s not even a coffee maker in the room. I have no idea what the ‘resort fees’ were for. Staff were nice and wanted to be helpful, but don’t have much to work with, unfortunately.

The air conditioning could have been a bit cooler, but we enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere in the lobby was great too

Absolutely loved the location and was lucky enough to check in earlier than expected. The room was comfortable but the bathrooms need some work. It was a good choice for a short trip. The receptionist was very attentive and helpful.

The room was clean. However, the toilet handle leaked and the bathtub has bugs in it. The mattress was soft and sunken. We tossed and turned all night.

My room was very clean and comfortable!

They let me do early check in amazing place second time staying great location and nice staff

Good location

When I arrived at the hotel I wasn’t given the correct room due to Expedia. The hotel communicated it wasn’t on their end but it was Expedias mistake. They were able to give us a better room but it still wasn’t the room we had paid for. It was super inconvenient considering the amount of money we paid for this hotel and the room

The ice machine was broken and staff said it had been that way for several weeks . Middle of heatwave !! I feel the hotel should have brought in ice to provide for customers .

Ice machine did not work the 4 days I stayed. The communication between the staff was not there.
