We come for a concert and stayed two nights. It was comfortable beds and great pressure in the shower. Staff very friendly.

Loved our stay! Great location, staff were very professional and pleasant, room was always clean! Minus one star only because the pillows were not good but I should have asked for a different one.

2 asian people enter the room at 10 pm aprox so i had to confront them cause i was with my 2 daughters and one was just getting out of the shower, the lobby people told me that they were so sorry thats it

We were there during fifa so lots of tourist and ppl in and out. Always felt safe. Elevators were fast and different banks for higher floors vs lower floor. Breakfast was wonderful.

Very friendly staff, inconvenient to Madison Square Garden. Breakfast was good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The service, staff, and amenities were great.

The property was very well maintained and the staff were friendly and very helpful during busy times. I would recommend this place to anyone and would gladly stay here again

Very clean and organized hotel in the middle of the city. Great rooms, clean and comfortable. Really recommend this hotel

It's in a great location--close to the subway and within walking distance of a lot of iconic New York City attractions. The rooms are very small; don't bring a whole lot of luggage! Four of us in a room was a little much, but we made it work!

The breakfast was amazing! Lots of room, lots of selection and the staff were there to clean and help when needed. The room is small, but had everything we needed. The room was clean. The view was the only downside as it looked onto a brick wall. The staff were helpful.
