Loved the location size of the room and the staff were amazing

Me encantó el blackout de la habitación. La cama y las almohadas fueron excelentes. El staff siempre fue muy amable y con respuestas rápidas a las peticiones.

Very clean rooms

The property was close to Time Square and many different eateries. I liked the proximity to public transportation and Broadway. As for the property itself, it was clean and maintained. One issue i did have was our second room was not available at checkin, and when we came back it still wasn’t ready, The entire floor smelled like weed and when I addressed it with stay they noted that they were aware and they had an idea of the room it was coming from but would not knock on the door because they had the do not disturb sign hanging since checking in. This is what was told to me by one of the shift managers when i had him come up to the floor with me. The funny thing is I was sent a message from the hotel before checking in that they used a smoking monitor system in the rooms and no form of smoking, vap or weed would be tolerated. Obviously thats not the can when they are smoking so much weed in the room the hallway from one end to the other smells like it and it is seeping into the other rooms.

All good

Very convenient location in the Theater district.

Great stay! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to New York.

Really liked this place and would stay here again. Room was nice and spacious with a great bed. Bar Spezz is very cool. All of the staff were wonderful except for the unhelpful and nasty front desk guy at check in.

Rooftop restaurant was great.
