Not bad for the price. The rooms can be hit or miss. They are all clean but some rooms have more dings ( in the metal fridge and dishwasher and the wood of the bed) than others. At peak times expect long elevator waits to get down to the lobby. Breakfast wasn’t that great but it was free.

Staff were attentive, helpful and nice since we enter to the day we left.Rooms and surrounding areas were clean. Breakfast 10/10. Eating area was small for the amount of guests, The location of the hotel is excellent.

The place is cool but I don’t like their the fact that you’ll have to deposit $250 after making all payments

The beds are very uncomfortable. The sheets on the bed did not look very fresh, they clearly look dingy. The plate over the electrical socket was loose. The bathroom was definitely not thoroughly cleaned. There was small debris in the shower near the drain. The bathroom sink drain did not have a cover, it looked very dirty inside the drain.

The overall room was fine. The only issues we had were the elevators would take a very long time. One time when we were going up, right before it got to my floor it changed and wanted to go back down. So I had to get off and go up two flights of stairs. The other issue I had is upon check in, they were wanting me to pay 50% of costs of the overall stay as an incidental fee. But on Expedia it says $250. Why would I ever pay almost $600 as an incidental fee?

Excellent stay! The room was spotless, the staff was welcoming and professional, and the location was perfect for exploring New York. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Nice stay

Not at all value for money

Gave me the wrong room wouldn’t refund me when I asked for the room I booked

The only good thing on this hotel is the free breakfast. I reserved two rooms and I was able to get into the room after 7 PM because the room was not ready even though I checked in my first room at 3 PM sharp. The hotel cannot get the room ready for 4 hours and failed to timely notify the customer when the room is ready. I had to ask the front desk again and again. And the staff was blaming the customer for poor communication. Property maintenance is extremely poor. The door lock was broken, and I was not able to close the door for 3 hours that can blow my whole evening schedule. The door fixed after 2 days. Laundry room has only two sets of washer/dryer, and one set was out of order for whole week of my stay. The refrigerator boxes are keep disassembled if you don't pull very gently or with two hands supporting the bottom part with the front panel. I booked two 2 double bed rooms for 8 people. The storage space was very limited especially for 4 people stay. The room is equipped with small kitchen (two heating coils, 1 sink, and 1 dish washer) and there is no room to eat (ridiculous). The only positive experience in this hotel is breakfast. The menu is hardly changed for a week, but still the quality was descent.
