Property was a amazing let me check in early no extra charge staff went above and beyond

The staff was great. The location was a real plus as well The room was clean too. However, I wish there were more channels to choose from on the Television.

Staff is so polite and helpful. The Hotel is in a very nice location 2 blocks away from Times Square. The room was pretty clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Bathroom’s are clean and with many amenities. Loved it

The staff was very nice and helpful, they even upgraded our room upon check in. The hotel is pretty clean, however it could use a little updating, as the decor in the rooms were dated and the carpets/couch were stained. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was in a convenient location and the price wasn't too bad for the location.

Great location and spacious rooms.

Clean

Our room felt very luxurious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was uniformly courteous and helpful. The only oddity was that the large, comfortable-looking lobby offered no food or drinks despite being clearly designed as a bar/restaurant.

Rooms were very nice & comfortable. Great location.

The rooms are large for New York but this is a very tired hotel. It looks like it was amazing in its day but it needs a few millions to update. Staff is great, pricing good, location great.
