Excellent value for the price.

Very good price for Brooklyn and convenient amenities all around. The R train is not my “favorite” but it gets you to Manhattan. For a quick, easy stay this is way better than air b an b dealing with unknown “hosts”. At least here you can complain. Rooms are small but nice mattresses and pillows. Clean and good amenities.

Love the free breakfast, love the customer service at the front desk and other staff. Decent area, close to public transportation. My only complaint is that the tv did not work very well.

Good location

Good location in decent neighborhood. And price is quite fair for this level of hotel.

I know this is a product of just being in Brooklyn, New York, but the rooms were so exceptionally small. I could barely get around in them and the complementary breakfast was only offered for about three hours each morning. Otherwise, the room satisfied our needs for the week we were there.

.

This is one of the worst hotels ever stayed in. Forced to stay here because flight canceled and no other rooms available at 11pm, and was traveling with a child. Screams in hotel all night, stained sheets, air conditioner taped on, people on drugs rocking in lobby. Avoid. Place should be shut down. All for the price of $450

Conveniently located near the city. Rooms were clean & bed was comfy.
