Great breakfast and awesome staff. It is about 10 minutes walk from train station and they have a shuttle.

Very good place to stay at a reasonable price

I had and emergency in my apartment had to stay overnight. I was wonderful. More than I expected. The front staff was lovely and friendly. The breakfast was great and the crew was so quick and receptive to every need. Bed was great . Bathroom even better. I will certainly recommend to all my friend and family.

The staffs are terrible. I flew in around mid night from west coast. I had a rental car with me. The property advertised valet parking onsite. But declined to take my car for parking. No street or nearby parking available either. Many people in the lobby tried to help. The Russian valet parking assistant yelling on everyone like he was on drugs. I asked front desk to cancel my reservation so I can move to other hotels. She declined to do it either. I walked to nearby hotels and they were very friendly and helpful at 2am at the morning. Avoid this hotel!

Just ok.

This hotel is great for a trip to NY. It’s only a 25 minute subway ride into Manhattan. The breakfast is always good and they have several options. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes there’s a wait for the elevator but it’s not bad.

Good hotel subway shuttle was great and very helpful. The breakfast area gets way too crowded making it an unpleasant experience. Air conditioning didn’t work great but it was somewhat functioning. Maintenance didn’t seem to think it needed to be fixed said it was just slow. Probably wouldn’t stay again but it’s ok for the mney

Stay for 4 days room was clean fresh , breakfast are, also decent for the price I definitely recommend 100% not far away from the city or airport !

Everything was great

Great hotel. But The area around the hotel feels unsafe to walk around in.
