Decent room if you're wanting somewhere close to madison square and empire state.

The place was great and what was needed for a trip to NYC. I loved the location and also enjoyed the space overall. I did message the host for housekeeping (since I stayed for a little over a week) but didn’t get a response but other than that if you’re looking for a private room and nice space in the midst of New York you can’t go wrong with this place!

The location is great! Everything was close by, the only thing is you have to share the bathroom/shower.

Bien

The check-in was backed up and took almost an hour waiting. Then when we headed to our room on the 4th floor we rode the elevator only to get off it and have to walk down the narrowest steepest steps to get to our room. In the room many objects looked dirty with dust steaks. The refrigerator was not working and a huge puddle of water in the kitchen area. The tv would not work either. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it was tolerable but disappointed compared to listing.

Average in service and cleaniness, but just the location is perfect.

Cómodo lugar.

Was in a good safe location in the middle of everything. Room was larger than I thought it would be. They will hold your luggage before and after the trip if you arrive or leave late. Only frustration was that the elevator wound usually take 10 minutes to get to the room or out of the room.
