Very clean hotel

I want to say Stephanie checked me in . Very professional and welcoming. She assisted my boyfriend in preparing my gift in the lobby ..... Zue was helpful when we left our keys in the room . Definitely shout out to them

Staff was great

The room was clean and smelled amazing. The body soap dispenser fell off the wall it wasn’t screwed into the tile some goo was used to attach it. No cable only Samsung streaming. When i went to relax it was very limited when watching tv. Location to transportation and Yankee stadium was great. Nothing spectacular about the property very small lobby no decor in the rooms. Great for a clean place to stay on a short trip.

Ran into no issues. Great pricing and close to Yankees Stadium.

I had ants in my room on the floors I have no clue where they were coming from. There were a bunch of flies in the bathroom and the shower. There were also flies on the toilet. The little ironing board wouldn’t stay up either.

Had a great stay at the Melrose. Cute and secluded, but close to everything. The room was lovely, clean, and everything worked. When I called the front desk for assistance, they were on it promptly and made sure to communicate if they might take a little longer. Will be staying there again!!!
