Bed was comfortable; sheets were spotless and smelled fresh. Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. AC works well but was loud as heck. Still, helped drown out all the noise from outside and from the hall. Soap, lotion, shampoo, & conditioner provided were good. No bed bugs. Limited breakfast choices for celiac/gluten intolerant people, FYI. Coffee was ok (I've had much worse). Neighborhood was fine, and it was an easy 30 min walk to Yankee Stadium. Overall a good stay and would stay again in the future.

This a nice place stay in the Bronx. Really good for the price .

There was a random wet spot on the floor of our room and the whole place smelled gross.

Me and my family we really love the place, subway was to close to the hotel.the thing we didn't like the breakfast was the same thing every day for one week that's the only thing we didn't like.but I recommend you to book.

Clean room and well kept property, the staff were good. Would stay again

This hotel is not worth the money do not stay here.

It's in the hood. If you're scared don't go. Otherwise, it was very clean, thebed was comfy, the staff were amazing and I had no issues.

Front office staff were cold and unwelcoming. I had to sit for 3 hours before they would let me check in (at 3 pm) even though they had rooms. I had been driving for 10 hours and had a reservation but the lady was rigid and kept saying “checkin is at 3 pm.” The room - called a “suite” was substandard at best.

It was only a 30 minute walk to Yankee Stadium

From the time I checked in till the time I checked out, everything was 100% no complaints. I will come back again. I love the Bronx.
