This hotel was a great find! I stayed in a double room with a deck, and the deck was large and comfortable. The hotel was well located to visit places like the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Trinity Church, or the New York Stock Exchange. It was steps away from the Fulton subway so you could whisk anywhere else you wanted to go easily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, which made it very comfortable. The room had amenities like snacks on arrival, bottles of water, robes, and a nespresso machine. Juan in particular was very helpful to me, stored my luggage, and ensured that was sent away with a bottle of water when I departed. Overall, the staff was great and I would definitely stay here again

Excellent location. The roo. Was decently sized, quiet, and with good amenities

Clean and quiet room

Hotel was immaculate, the staff were amazing and super friendly. Room was spacious and well air conditioned and cleaned every day. Fridges in the room for storing snacks and plenty of stores outside to grab from. Loads of restaurants on the door step. I recommend Kuu Ramen directly next door. Amazing! Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely boutique hotel. Room was nice and big, Had a sofa so we turned it around to face the telly! Room serviced every day. Staff were lovely, friendly & helpful. Location was great, over the road from a subway. Would definitely stay here again.

A gem of a hotel. Staff are an absolute credit, especially the concierge team. Everyday we’d ask them for ideas, guidance and every time they were so helpful and knowledgeable. The room, compact which is all you need on a city break but there was everything you needed and more! I love that there were plenty of sockets and usb charging places and all In the logical places. Would highly recommend and would book again if we were to return to NYC!

Had an incredible solo trip. I'm originally from New York, but moved out of the city few years ago. I've stayed at different hotels when I visit the city, but this is the first hotel I would visit again. The staff first and foremost was outstanding. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. They service the room daily and hotel felt more luxurious than the hotels I've stayed at prior that are supposed to be luxurious. I will be back. 10/10.

Beautiful in every aspect!

Thank you

Good bar on 20th floor. But no breakfast available at all. Very little public space. Expensive for what you got.
