The location is great. The main issue is the size of the room - no matter what room you are going to have. 2 people max (feels like 30sq ft room) and you need to understand that the bathroom doesn't have really a door, so if this is a family trip or a date night - not really cool at all. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Roof top is great also, there is a bar/restaurant and amazing view. Parking is 85$/per night (SUV) which is also insane but welcome to NY, We found a parking within 5 min walking (there are multiple streets around that allow you to park after 6 p.m. - 8 a.m. Hotel itself was clean and rooms were fresh.

Due to FiFa World Cup and bad weather we had the pleasure to experience three different hotels in the city. Arlo Nomad, excellent staff, tiny rooms ( yes, too small compared to other 2). I did upgrade for a better view, but I would still call it so so. Disclaimer: I might be spoiled, slightly. Just wasn’t worth the upgrade. Location was very good. No coffee, no breakfast, tiny room that has zero privacy from corner rooms above you. You’ll see. Elevators took longer than reasonable. Not sure, if I would stay again. Roof top bar has a very poor menu. It’s been a while since I haven’t been able to pick something from the menu. This was one of those places. Small rooftop, even smaller menu, extremely loud music. We stayed for maybe 15 minutes. Not impressed.

I enjoyed starting at this location which was close to what I needed. The room was on the small side, but it was clean and comfortable overall. The reception staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful with any questions I had. One downside was that a loud alarm sounded twice during my stay, which was disruptive. I also found the bed uncomfortable because the mattress had a noticeable sag in the middle, making it feel worn and less comfortable to sleep on. I didn’t have the opportunity to use the hotel’s amenities, so I can’t comment on those. Overall, the excellent service from the staff made for a pleasant stay despite a few drawbacks.

Excellent staff, very welcoming. Hotel is simple and beautiful. Rooftop bar view was amazing. Great location, would stay again.
