Loved it we will definitely come back

Great staff, rooms were roomy and clean!

good location, walking distance to Time Square, The Edge, Penn Station. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly and welcoming.

Great staff, very helpful! Room was a decent size for NYC. Some issues with bath soap bottles not being available and not replacing tissues in the room, but those were minor. Great location!

Decent location; not particularly special or welcoming. Expensive given what you get. Rooftop bar was closed on the day we wanted to use it (for a private event). Very loud A/C units in room.

Staff were great, helpful l, and personable

Rooms were clean, comfortable bed, great great food at restaurant.

We were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary and stayed for five nights. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. We were delighted to receive a wonderful room along with two mini bottles of Piccolo champagne, which was such a thoughtful surprise. After learning about our anniversary, everyone on the staff wished us well and took the time to chat with us throughout our stay. Their genuine kindness and warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcomed and touched. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for making our anniversary celebration so memorable. Your exceptional service and thoughtfulness made our trip even more special, and we can't wait to return!

A good hotel for if you don't want to spend too much time in the room. It has all the basics and is in a very convenient location. The bar is also good.
