They accused us of losing our room key. Fortunately, the problem was resolved when one of the staffs remembered them took it from our room. The whole experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The hot water only works for one shower. We booked two rooms, and that was the case for both. Their taxi service is cheaper than a Grab ride to the airport, but that should not be the only reason to stay here.

it's a good hotel with a good value in a more quiet area still close to downtown. the housekeepers are very nice

It was quite secluded and the staff weren’t very helpful

Good hotel for the price. The rooms were smaller than expected. especially if you have big suitcases there isn't much space for storage. we didn't get a room with a view so it felt claustrophobic. the window was just a wall. which I guess was expected. other wise the room service, facility, food, reception service was great. The staff was quite helpful when it comes to helping us plan our excursions

Great location in old quarter Very helpful front desk and housekeeping Large well equiped room Excellent value
