The team that takes care of the rooms day to day were great. I liked my room on a corner and I had a nice view, best part of the stay. Unfortunately the person that checked us in said nothing - no welcome to NYC, did not explain anything about the hotel (ie - free coffee in the morning or the area). Just took my money. Did not explain what services you receive with the "hotel fee". Ice machine on 4th floor broken, no sign or telling where else to go. No elevator, maybe that's on me, I should have checked. Furniture on the bottom level dirty! The front access to the hotel - anyone can come in it was not working, not safe and again no explanation. The website reads like the stores and restaurants adjacent are part of a community, restaurant was empty....closed. Good location (short walk from the subway from JFK) but run down and in need of some TLC.

Very cute boutique hotel. Every thing was welcoming. Rooms need some updating.

Place looks beautiful, staff were very nice, & rooms were very clean. I somehow got upgraded to a family or 3 bed room & I never agreed to it, but didn’t argue cause I had a room. Originally just had a 2 queen bedroom. Shower was so tiny to get in between the sink & the door, was hitting my head on the glass shelf behind the toilet when I sat down. I’m 6feet tall. The WiFi or connection dropped twice & the TVs didn’t work for a short while. No phone in room to call anyone about anything. Had to walk back down stairs(no elevators I could see). Just 1 flight for me. The doors & window were so thin I could hear everyone in the halls & on the streets talking even quietly. I am a heavy sleeper, so didn’t bother me. They had a camera in the room you take pictures with, which I just thought was weird.

The staff at this hotel was excellent with customer service!

Great stay. History (age) of building pre-dated elevators, but professionally addressed by staff immediately. Rooms were well appointed, staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to other travelers interested in a part of the city not in the Theater District, only a cab/Uber or subway ride away.

Location was amazing right next to China Town, Little Italy and so many restaurants and places to visit! The king bedroom was small but clean and just enough space for 2! The shower didn't warm up the first night, but it seems like it was fixed the next morning.

.

Great hotel. Very cute and colorful, great location, and kind staff. The coffee goes fast on busy mornings :)

Great experience at this hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Staff was helpful and kind. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.
