Every (except the breakfast) was GREAT!! For New York City, the rooms were a great size. The location is amazing and you can’t beat their rooftop view. The staff was great from start to finish. I just have to be honest here and mention that the breakfast was bad enough to call it out. I’d skip that. Everything else was awesome.

Hôtel parfait pour visiter NY. Très bien située et pratique avec les enfants Nous avons adoré

I booked this hotel because they included a crib for my toddler. Upon check in we were informed that we could not get the crib because we booked a room with two beds, but that was not stated anywhere that if we booked that type of room the crib would not be included. The manager stated that it was because of space and the crib not fitting. But again this wasn’t stated anywhere. If you’re a mom with a toddler with routines you know the importance of having a crib. I did not understand why they refused to give us the crib due to us staying at a different hotel in Virginia Beach two weeks before in a room with two beds and a crib. If this is their policy then they should make it known before booking.

Breakfast was expensive but luckily they provided coffee for a low fee. Very clean and beds were very comfortable

I have stayed at this hotel more than once, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. As a loyal customer, I can honestly say that the quality of service has remained consistently excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel welcome. They were always polite, professional, and ready to assist with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and very well maintained. Everything was clean, fresh, and organized, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay. It’s clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. One of my favorite features was the balcony. It provided a peaceful place to sit, enjoy the fresh air, and unwind after a busy day. Whether it was having a morning coffee or simply relaxing in the evening, the balcony added something special to the overall experience. Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a great selection of fresh and delicious food with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Everything was well prepared and regularly replenished, and the dining area was clean and inviting. It was the perfect way to start each morning. What truly sets this hotel apart is the combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and attention to detail. Every member of the team

Great service and great view

Everything great

The hotel is nothing like the images. The room was dusty, the mirrors weren’t cleaned, the furniture was banged up. The furniture in the lobby/bar were old and worn. The plastic flowers that decorated the place were hadn’t been dusted or kept. The wallpaper in the elevator was held be black tape. The only good thing was at least the bed was comfortable.

Great Service and the rooms are very well maintained and cleaned. Highly recommend if you’re traveling to Manhattan.
