Great location! Staff was very helpful, room was clean and spacious for nyc!

I thought the kitchenette was there in the room to prepare the meal but there was no stove or grill inside to make the food. That way I end up spending eating outside all my meals with family of 4.

Staff are extremely helpful, good location , amazing breakfast

The hotel only has four elevators, and we often had to wait in line to get to our rooms. The bathroom had no ventilation; after each use, condensed water dripped from the ceiling. The air conditioning didn't work properly. The room didn't have a kitchenette as described when we booked; it only had a refrigerator and a microwave.

Con fallas de agua caliente durante varios dias. Desayuno ok. Muy buena ubicacion del hotel.

Staff was very helpful. Even helped me get a better rate when I arrived. Location is excellent. The breakfast was a great spread with several options

Room was a cleaned daily, front desk was extremely helpful. Great location close to everything

There is no parking on site for guests. The hotel lacks cleanliness throughout, the rooms are okay, but the pictures online are a bit deceiving and the common areas of the hotel and hallways were dirty and had trash. The location is good, the staff just needs to get pick up the housekeeping.

Great location and breakfast
