loved it. wish we could have gotten our room a little sooner after a 13 hour flight bit otherwise all good

All staff were awesome and great to deal with! Very friendly and helpful! Thank you! Interesting property with quaint intricacies throughout! The Retro vibe was cool! Our room could use a deep clean! Food was great and fries were fantastic! Close to many landmarks and can walk all over downtown! Friendly people everywhere! Coffee shop on property is awesome! Cheers from Prince George, BC Canada!

The staff were all so friendly and helpful!

Got swindled by the bus boy . He said he could get me a cheaper ride to the airport . It cost me 94$ when it was only going to be 60$ according to him . Rooms are way too small and no where to sit. Beds were comfortable. Shower and air was good .

Clean room, great location

There was mold in the fridge and freezer. The carpet was moist and smelled like mildew. I was moved to another room which was worse. They still charged me.

The BAR somedays close 2am , another days close 00 hrs. It was at the manager's discretion. But the worst part is that even if they made a last call drinks, if you were halfway through your drink, they'd still kick you out.

It's in a great location, the building is gorgeous, the rooms are tiny... ac didn't work well at all. The rooms leave a lot to be desired. The public spaces are great.

The rooms are smaller than a typical hotel. No boxsprings so a bit uncomfortable. Windows frosted so no natural light so rooms can be dark. AC works well, but in Celsius. Tub is slippery with mold?? Towels were fluffy and they provide robes. Maid service comes too early. Front desk very helpful with local info. Good location if you want to be near MSG. Overall was a good stay

Great location and always a good stay. Will be back.
