超赞 All the staff were very friendly. Beautiful flower arrangements. Room service was very good! I will visit again. The beds were comfortable and they have turn down service!
Located right in the heart of Times Square so you can walk to so many things.

Our room was okay but not great.
We had a 15th floor view of equipment and couldn’t see any of the city. Kind of a bummer and not what I expected when booking. We didn’t have time to watch the TV until the last night at which time we found that the cable was not working at all. The water in the shower took a while to warm up to not freezing and didn’t get fully hot.
Staff was nice, particularly the door men. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant/bar on top was lovely.
We were safe and comfortable but the room was just a hotel room nothing I’d be excited to return to.

The room was clean and spacious. Everyone who worked there was kind and helpful. The rooftop bar was fabulous. Loved the ambiance. The bar on 4 made the strongest tastiest martini we ever had. Also loved the location. Perfect!!

The staff was excellent. The rooms were nice but it would be nice to have in-room coffee selections. There was also a damp smell to the room at times which was a bit concerning.

Not nearly as comparable to other 5 stars in Manhattan. Rooms and elevators are dated. No coffee machine in the room. No mini bar or snacks for purchase in room. Shower was dated and had moldy tiles. Room was simple, nothing lavish or luxurious. Staff was helpful but not overly welcoming and warm. Will not stay again for the price.
