Liked the provided toiletries, complimentary water bottles, comp umbrella on a very rainy day and the overall cleanliness of the room.

I like to stay here when I visit NYC... It's clean, the staff is friendly and the location is perfect.

The staff is extremely helpful and outstanding. Wonderful experience.

I had an exceptional stay at the Grayson Hotel! These aren’t listed online, though you could request the following: a mini fridge, kettle for hot water, airport shuttle service etc. The team greeted and welcomed with genuine kindness and they were always there with a smile. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. It’s great for solo travelers, a great location, clean rooms, nice gym, and an extraordinary team. I just want to indicate these amazing staff members: Ian, Jasmine, Joshua, Michael, Shirley, Zack, & Nicholas. Exceptional service is becoming increasingly rare, which is why this experience stood out so much. The team's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. They truly set the standard for what outstanding hospitality should look like. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Isaac

The room on the 16th floor was very very small. We had to turn to the side to walk around the bed.

Great location, wonderful staff and clean room!

Not bad. Good central location. Cleaning staff didn’t bring items we asked for, and also left room unlocked one day after they cleaned. Some blood spots on sheets so hopefully we don’t get bed bugs. Better hotels nearby like Grayson

So nice and convenient location

Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and hassle-free
