很好 Hotel not willing to upgrade match multi booking into a single room even both rooms are just a slightly different, no refund even downgrading the room to match the room type.

The staff was amazing. Really made us feel like home. We were allowed to use the lounge even long after check out. The rooms and amenities were fantastic

My second time here and I really love the hotel, the room, amenities, staff and location.
Little things kept it from being 10 out of 10.
I am working while there and the internet is just average. Intermittent I had to use my phone as a hotspot to get work done.
Little things also matter - filling up soaps, lotions and bathroom essentials - not a huge issue but a small thing I should not have to speak of - standard each day I think.
It is a great hotel I will be back. Hoping these little things can be attended too.

Great hotel. It was exactly as described and what we were looking for. It’s a boutique hotel, very quaint and cozy.
