很好朋友同行
The staff was wonderful. From check-in to check-out. We had an issue with our first room and they were incredibly accommodating without a single question. Elizabeth who took care of us all afternoon at the roof top bar while watching the World Cup was a treasure. So enjoyed all of it!

Nice location and clean rooms. Staff was nice and accommodating. You need to request a mini fridge if you want one in the room though.

This is our third or fourth time staying here we come in once a year and always stay here because of its great location especially if you enjoy the village, soho, Murray hill etc...
Hotel is always immaculate and staff are friendly.
If you like bagels the place next door has the best bagels, spreads, & muffins and there’s always a line out the door ..
We always make sure to stop in at least one time during our stay and enjoy one.

Upon arrival at check in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready. It was disappointing how that even happened when we booked weeks ahead. However, the staff were very kind to find us a new room 10-15 minutes after waiting in the lobby. I appreciate their effort in trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. We would stay here again!
