Horrible experience! Check in was just okay. They were renovating the floor they put me on! Why would you do that? Hallways to the room felt gross with the primer paint half on the walls and trash bags stacked by the trash( not picked up until I left) . Room was clean but spots on the carpet a 1950’s couch with chipped and decaying cabinets in kitchen. Dishwasher was on and nothing in it and wouldn’t turn off. But the thing that really made me mad was I called at 2am (yes it was late) when we got back from the park for a pillow because we didn’t have any for the pull out bed and the girl at the desk basically told me I was out of luck I mean she wasn’t even nice about it. I also had friends staying there and they said she was not nice when they had to get their room key changed . So yeah nope never again!

Housekeeping is every three days!

Muy bueno tranquilo tienen cancha de baloncesto y piscina todo muy bueno y el ambiente

Great location, good for the price

The conditions was terrible. The tv not just updated but is the size is very small. The carpet it’s filled with dirty stuff and the towels it’s like exfoliating machine. The people that works there was super nice and helpful. But is just so much they can do . I’m sad because I’m a client since was Hawthorn . Never again .

I got bed bug bites all over my body had to go to doctor today has full kitchen but refrigerator made noise all the time. A/C wouldn’t cool under 75 and I asked it be looked at after 1 night there next night same problem rug is old and so is bathroom it’s a 3 star max hotel you get what you pay for cost me more to go to doctor and get medicine we won’t rent again

Clean room and excellent staff

Everything was good about the hotel especially the pool

I would highly recommend this place. It was very clean and cozy.

Absolutely terrible! I got two rooms for my son’s birthday party to volcano bay. One of the rooms smelled so bad that we had to go down to the desk and ask for a different room. They refused to move us rooms and offered to spray some air freshener. We went to Walgreens for candles to cover up the smell. The other room any time you showered the shower leaked everywhere bc the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to reach the bottom so water just poured out constantly. The advertised having breakfast and there was none. It was a horrible experience with this hotel and I would not recommend or ever go back.
