Resort is very convenient

Overall great hotel and convenient if you are visiting the parks.

Very nice property, a little busier than I expected and a lot more ‘theme park’ than hotel. Pool was very nice, not crowded but take your own cooler. Food and drinks can get a bit pricey.

Their check in situation was absolutely awful. It took me over an hour to check in late Friday night. Throughout our stay the check in line was double what it was. There has to be a better way to check in than standing in line for hours. Other than that our stay was great. We’ve stayed here several times and always have a great time, but never has it taken so long to check in. We love the suite option so the parents have their own room. But if check in doesn’t improve, I will be staying somewhere else.

Everything was perfect...

Check-in was quick and easy. When we got to our room, there were ants all over the kitchen area. We sent a text to the concierge, and they sent someone in to spray for them. When we returned, only a few remained. Two days later, a whole host of ants were found under the footrest in the bedroom. I sent another text, and they sprayed for them again. They were prompt when addressing this issue. The elevators were quick, the cleaning staff was friendly, and we appreciated the three queen beds since we are a party of five.

We stayed for a week, and we had a great time!!

I travelled with my husband and 3 children all in different age groups. The convenience of this hotel was one of the main reasons why I booked in a suite here. The shuttles to and from all parks was a plus. The pool times in the hotel was also a plus because it’s really hot and so having the option to use the pool until 11pm was awesome. The staff were very kind. The cleanliness in the rooms was very important as well. Overall a great choice to stay, it was my first time staying here and will most likely stay again. I highly recommend this hotel to other families.
