Close to everything very clean I love this place!Dejuan the ambassador there was Amazing very informative nice young man!U don’t need a rental uber reasonable near everything ‼️

Greeting was awesome and room was clean

We stayed one night. It is outside the entrance to universal but across the highway. It is not walkable to Universal. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The food at the restaurant cost me $65 for two burgers. Two fries and two drinks. This was more expensive than Lowe’s Universal hotel that we stayed in the rest of the week. The pool, hot tub and splash area was nice. We had a view of Universals night show from our room.

Close to Universal but not “I’m tired” walking distance. The pizza place on property was good, the other food on property is insanely expensive and not great. Don’t get me started on the breakfast buffet. Watery powdered eggs and mummified bacon. But! The rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff is mostly helpful except one experience trying to get a late check out that wasn’t so great. Nice pool tho! Definitely a budget hotel in some ways but not too bad.

Great location for a great price.

Just a few things that could be improved. Th elevators were very slow and not all worked and having more variety for coffee creamer for the rooms. The volume on the TV was very odd, had to turn it all the way up to hear and it lagged a lot. Maybe having a floor for guest that bring their pets, our neighbor had their dog and it barked A LOT!!! The cleanliness of the rooms were great, the cleaning staff did great each day!! We will definitely stay at again!!

Everything was so clean and the employees was so friendly
