The hotel itself has a bag of garbage in front of my room as soon as I checked in, and then we had an issue with the toilet overflowing The staff was wonderful and they immediately compensated and gave us a better room. That was an even better view. But the cleanliness of the property with the garbage being left in front of our room and the old toilet was frustrated Also, I got to the breakfast at 8:45. There were no fruit options left or bagels or pastries so make sure you get there very very early. All that was last was eggs so very overcooked oddly textured bacon and French toast. Sticks were good and the potatoes were good.

Rooms was clean.. staff was excellent.. had plenty of parking!! The pool was perfect!!

Found a roach on the bed. Left immediately

N/A

Beds needed updated

Amazing location driving to ALL Outlet malls and Walmart Supercenters was so easy. Did not go to any Disney or vacation theme parks. The $20 resort fee is a ripoff as this is not a resort but a Motel. Condensation and humidy in the rooms is a real issue meaning AC needs left on at 72 all day and night which is uncomfortable. Management needs to ungrade rooms with bathroom fans and other ventilation systems. Buffet breakfast is processed food with rubbery sausages and fake eggs. Overall great value, great location for the price. Comfortable King size bed. Will continue to stay here or La Quinta next door for all the convenience.
