During my stay I noticed that the property was always wet and dirty from mopping which made it worse and much more dirty. The bed was one of the worse beds ive ever slept on, my cousin which stayed in the same hotel had the same complaint. The bathroom only had one toilet paper roll which was a bit weird and embarrassing, I unfortunately had to go downstairs for an extra roll.

It was okay. I wouldn’t stay there again. There was trash in the stairwell the entire time I was there. I asked for room service and never got it. Room was very small and mattress very uncomfortable.

The front desk service want the best but there was a older African American gentleman working earlier this morning that was very helpful and I’m very appreciative of him and his help

A1

Le breakfast était parfait et la chambre très propre

Estuvo bien el hotel

Thanks

Love this hotel. Newly renovated and close to the airport.

Clean room and the breakfast was great. The eating area was overly crowded and nowhere to sit, but to be expected for its location next to Universal. Would definitely stay again.

muy bueno
