Excellent

Barn door for bathrooms is not a good idea as we need to have locking doors for bathrooms for privacy and to keep the odors inside. Carpet not too bad but you can tell there has been lot of traffic and would look better with some wash perhaps. Otherwise nice place to stay with family and helpful staff.

Nice hotel to stay ! Just the bathroom barn door was a bad choice as I prefer bathroom doors to lock completely to keep odors inside and better privacy ! Carpet seems to be getting older. Needs a wash. Otherwise nice stay.

Room is very comfortable & clean, a/c nice and cold - much needed for hot days, kitchen was very useful and was able to cook for my family, great breakfast in the morning and the staff members are very helpful. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt House in Orlando. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 👍We also ran into the General Manager on our way up to our room and he was very nice and welcoming! 😊

Clean room and breakfast

This one my second stay and i liked it both timez

Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast is very good,

My booking for this hotel was from July 18-24, 2026. After arriving, the front desk told me that my checkout was on July 23, 2026. I showed my Expedia confirmation, he still insisted that my checkout was on the 23rd. He told me that I would need to contact Expedia. Expedia confirmed the checkout date was the 24th. After going back and forth with someone from the hotel chain and Expedia there was no resolution. We left on the 23rd and drove 4 hours of the 9 hour return trip back home. We stayed in Tifton, GA on the night of the 23rd, then we continued our drive home a day early. See La Quinta Inn review in Tifton, GA. Now, the other issues with the hotel. Parking at the hotel was $21 a day, this is an open parking lot, no gates to secure your vehicle. The toilet leaked and when you took a shower, water pooled near the bathroom door. You had to make sure that the hotel room door closed after you entered the room and before you left the room, you really had to pull hard on the door from the outside or push hard on the door from the inside. The hotel staff were friendly. I believe the person who checked us in was the hotel manager. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. I believe that I would have found a way to honor the last day. I think I could have ignored those other issues, if I didn’t have to pack up myself and four other people, plus a dog, on a trip that we have planned for several months. But here we are.

everything was good and acceptable, nothing exceptional .

It’s ok. Best part is free breakfast and H Bar
