The hotel location is great it’s near barclay center, shops and restaurants. We stay at the Sheraton because it’s near the barclay center, we were attending a concert there. The hotel room is clean but the toilet kept filling up which cause an inconvenient for our stay due to the noise.

The hotel is in a great location near plenty of shops, and there is a nice park area directly across the street. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. However, the bathroom needed better cleaning and maintenance. There was mildew around the bathtub, the water drained very slowly, and the sink fixture was loose. To turn the faucet off completely, we had to move the entire fixture back into place. The air conditioning also did not work well. Even with it set on low, the room remained warm and humid. Another major downside is that parking is not included. Valet parking costs around $65–$85 per day, not for the entire stay, which is extremely expensive. The location and staff were great, but the maintenance issues and parking costs made the stay less enjoyable.

AC went out during stay. Water went out on a separate day. Lots of problems during a major NYC heatwave. It felt like staff was just used to dealing with recurring problems, and they didn’t seem concerned by the problems. The location is great.

No.

Nice staff, clean room!

It was just a total shock of what I here the name to be

Expedia shows a pool but the pool is currently being leased to a school ,so no swimming..other than that everything was good ,we heard some floors were having AC issues but not us ..Thank Goodness, it was a hot and humid week in NY ,staff was really nice and helpful ,the cafe staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times but she managed to get our food and drinks out before our uber showed up ,

Needs better pillows! Other than that it was a decent stay.

The facility in the bathroom is not good and we have to deal with the spilled water in the bathroom every day. Not good experience at all.

Bit dated in places but spacious rooms and friendly staff. Everything worked well and in a great location to either explore Brooklyn or a metro into Manhattan. Extremely comfortable room (we stayed in the basic king room) and very quiet considering where it is. Would definitely use it again
