My wife and I stayed at EVEN Hotel Brooklyn – an IHG Hotel while we were in New York for Ariana Grande’s Eternal Sunshine concert, and it was the perfect place for our trip. From check-in to check-out, everything about our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. As soon as we walked in, everything looked spotless and fresh, which immediately made us feel at home. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything in excellent condition throughout our stay. One of the things that stood out the most was the staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel like valued guests, answered all of our questions with a smile, and were always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made our trip even more memorable. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great selection of fresh and delicious options each morning, making it easy to start our day before heading out to explore the city. Everything was well prepared, and the dining area was clean and inviting. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated after long days of walking around New York and an exciting night at the concert. The room stayed cool and comfortable, allowing us to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Overall, our experience at EVEN Hotel Brooklyn – an IHG Hotel was outstanding

Visited in July for an event at Barclays Center. Immediately upon entering, there was a foul, sewer-like smell throughout the lobby. Portable air conditioners didn't help. Premium King room was functional, but not "premium" by any means. No sitting chair; just a couple of small padded blocks. TV was disconnected from cable antenna and I had to reconnect it myself. The air conditioner in the room was quite noisy and, along with the street noise, made it difficult to sleep. Shower in bathroom could have been cleaner -- mold was apparent on shower head and there was grime at the base of the sliding shower door. Was given voucher for two cocktails, only to learn that the bar served only beer and wine. Overall, a poor experience.

Very close to Barclays Center, good price. Room a little dirty, the mirror at the bathrom had toothpaste from past guest,we found hair on the floor and also on bed that we think thats disgusting. Sheets looks like they used the same from prior guest. "

Small room but organized. I was able to rest well.

We recently stayed here for a last minute weekend getaway, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked through the doors the lobby smell and decor was welcoming. And the flavored water was an excellent touch. ​The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and managed to check us in early without any hassle. Every staff member we encountered—from Housekeeping was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. Our room was clean and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable (we slept like babies!).

The lobby area, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and organized. Some of the outlets in the were not working during or positioned too far away for easy access. I would absolutely stay here again!

Coffee should be free for guests, and the coffee was a machine and tasted horrible.
