一般 Some parts of hotel have been remodeled while others look outdated. Staff at check in with not the friendliest. The elevator and door staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Great location for first time in NY walking distance to time square, about 4 mins.

很好 Room was simple, but clean. Bed was very comfortable. Almost no street noise although we were on 8th Avenue.
There were no bath towels or bath mat when we arrived but that was easily remedied. Room safe was not functional.
Biggest complaint was very slow elevator service with difficult to understand instructions

满意 Very small room and welcome agent not very friendly
We were not offered bottles of water where other guests arriving before were offered

满意 Elevator setup made leaving and arriving to the room quite the hassle, even by NYC standards. Wish bed and pillows were more comfortable as well. Otherwise, nice building, helpful staff, and decent rooms.

很好 Pros: Great staff, nice fitness center, good breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom was a little outdated and had a clogged drain. I also went to 3 floors to get ice and the ice machines were not working on any of them.

满意 Be aware that if you book through Expedia there will be a $45 per night fee. I am not sure if this applies a direct booking but there is like 1 amenity and no continental breakfast included. Huge ripoff

一般 A/C not working properly, seemed to little staff for such big hotel. Receptionist was cold and not helpful at all in what to expect or amenities available if any.
