The rooms in the hotel are spotless, modern and comfortable. Aircon is brilliant and perfect when it’s 35 degrees outside. Shower is powerful. Like all rooms in Paris they are very small. The one thing the hotel could improve is that the carpets are terrible - grubby with stains on. Also they have a nice coffee machine and provide a single pod upon arrival. But then after that you have to buy them at reception for €3 each. Ridiculous!! We didn’t have breakfast as we chose to get pastries and coffee from the boulangerie over the road - €24 as opposed to €56 for 4 of us. We had an inward / courtyard room with no view but totally quiet. Our teenage kids had a 1st floor front facing room which had a nice outlook but was noisy from around 7am. The area is great. Right opposite the Jardin des Plantes which offers shade and respite from the summer heat. It feels really safe and very Parisian- not so busy or touristy like other areas. You really feel like you are living like a Parisian. The Jussieu metro station is 5 minutes walk away. The local bars are really nice and full of a wide variety of people with a friendly atmosphere. We mainly ate around the Odeon area as there was a bit more lively an atmosphere. Rue Mouffetard is 5 minutes walk away but so busy, even on a Monday and Tuesday night we couldn’t get a table. Despite the grubby carpets in the corridor and the coffee I would definitely stay here again. And the lady on reception is extremely friendly and helpful.

Easy to find, room as described, clean and cool.

Incredible location - right across from Jardin des Plantes and a two minute walk to the metro. I was traveling with my mom and we were very happy with our stay. The room was perfect for the two of us, not huge but not cramped. The bathroom was nice and quite modern and the shower was great. We especially loved the rooftop and the front lobby. The breakfast is worth the 14 euros. Two things that were less amazing: the front desk staff were fine, not always very helpful or friendly, and they definitely need to buy new blow dryers.

It’s a very basic hotel, however it’s in a nice location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I’d stay there again.

Room was dusty and extremely small, although we had booked 2 identical rooms our son’s room was twice the size. Our room was also located next to a noisy elevator. Carpets in the general areas were worn.

Rooms are small but neat and tidy, sufficient for two people. Excellent location, near the metro, restaurants and grocery store. Kind staff. I recommend and would stay again!!
