The room was large, but lacked a warm feeling. The hotel is too far from any beach or tourist place. The beach is 25 min walk. There is a shuttle available, but only operates at certain times.
Rather inconvenient by location. The breakfast was also rather average.

Gorgeous property, great location. Close to everything but not in the middle of Patong Beach chaos, you can breathe at this location. 100% will returm

超赞 Amazing hotel! Best weve ever stayed at! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Restaurant staff could improve their customer service and speed a little especially when they are charging a non negotiable service fee. Other than that, no issues with anyone else. The bellboys deserve so much credit.
One thing to mention, we had to use 3 lifts to get to our top floor jucuzzi suite which was fine for us as were kinda young but may be uneasy for older people. Been to few different 5 star hotels in Thailand and this is definitely a 6 star compared to them.

满意 No automated curtains. Bedroom and bathroom were too dark and too dimly lit.

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at The Senses for our honeymoon. The staff were incredible - so friendly and attentive which made our stay even better. We couldn’t recommend staying at this hotel enough - it was clean, the amenities were spotless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’d also like to give a special mention to Kratae who always had a smile on her face and was so kind and courteous. Thank you for everything, The Senses! Shanice and Josh (formerly of room 1211).
