Hotel smelled musty on arrival. The rooms were fine. Staff was OK. They had a good breakfast and the location was nice across the street from the beach. Pool was enjoyable but closed at 7 PM which I thought was quite early. All in ok

The hotel is wurabury resort & spa
we booked this hotel because of the spa, unfortunately there no spa in this hotel at the moment and the stuff is not sure when there will be
there are no dairy products in breakfast other than butter and yogurt which we find very poor

Property is tired with lots of maintenance required, pool filter did not appear to be running & the water level was below the skimmer box so very much doubt it
Russians are given priority over other guests
Cleaning staff are amazing
Such a shame as it has the ability to be a great hotel
