很好 Hotel was in a great location, but the rooms are extremely small. Work seems to be constantly occurring in the elevator so it is difficult to get up and down to your room sometimes.

很好 The staff at the front desk were accomodating and very friendly however there was an rather rude and unhelpful bellman, who really put a damper on our final night. Other than that, the hotel is in a convenient location, near some great restaurants, Times Square and the amazing Broadway!

满意 Staff was very courteous and helpful. Bathrooms were small. 3 elevators, 1 broken, 1 button to 11th floor (our floor) didn't work. Great location, near Times Square but not right in middle of craziness.

很好 Location was great. Accessable to everything we wanted. Toilet paper was oddly low to the floor, like 12 inches. Toilet seats low also with dangerously high water levels, I touched the water while wiping. My wife did too.
