满意 The staff was great and clean hotel but the air in the room was set at 65 and it was always hot in there like 75 and if your room is on the side as the Main Street you will hear sirens all day and night ask to be on the same side were it is a side street

超赞 Best location, super easy to get in and out of while still being in the thick of it! We walked to Broadway shows and dinners easily, and the nearby subway entrance got us downtown quickly as well. The staff is really friendly, always someone at the front door to greet you, and the check-in desk ladies are very sweet. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, AC and hot water worked great. Highly recommend!

一般 The a/c did not keep up with the temperate weather. I blasted all day and night to cool the room to 70F. I informed the staff and they said someone would look at it, but I'm not sure if anyone did. There was mold/mildew in the steamer.
The room made me sick from the blowing a/c and mold.
The location was good though

很好 I would have given this place an overall 4-5 star but two things let it down. The air conditioning in the room is awful, set it to the lowest which is 18.5°C and it only gets to 22.5°C even though on for full 24 hours constant. My own thermometer was reading 24°C. Reception staff lovely, concierge awful with no politeness.
Rooms are quiet and clean.

We had such a wonderful stay! The manager was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, making our visit feel truly special. Everything was excellent, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Rooms are nice but they seem to be cutting corners. Internet not fast enough to do a Zoom call for work. Fridge was hot. Shower was not. No coffee or tea in the room. No help with bags when I needed it. For the $45 a day resort fee I’d hope for some more service.
