Room was much smaller than described online. Beds are NOT queen size, full size at best. Their “amenities fees” which they take from your deposit isn’t explained at all when booking and the sign describing it is small and almost hidden at the desk. WiFi is junk, which they charge you for… who does that anymore? Their “welcome drink” at check-in is billed to you in the amenity fee at check out. NO ONE uses land lines anymore, yet they feel they need to charge you for it. It’s funny on their amenity fees, they list first package delivery is “free of charge.” Just how is that when it’s listed on the fees charged to you ? They charge you for luggage storage day of check in and out… seriously ?? The place itself is nicely kept, but to charge each person staying by a separate amenity fee is RIDICULOUS. Certainly would not stay there again, there are LOTS of other hotels in the city that would love your business, that don’t hide all of these fees to be taken at checkout. Oddly enough, EVEN tho the place is nice, I’d look at other places even if they were a little further away. Average at best. Come on EVEN, do better by your customers. Your rates are high enuf that you don’t need to take an additional $137 for these silly fees of things you “offer” to visitors.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt like a VIP. They have a safe location to store baggage, clean and comfortable rooms and the lobby bar is fun and has a balcony. I would definitely stay here again

This hotel was really nice, clean, and the staff were really helpful. Housekeeping did an outstanding job making sure I got the best experience. The front desk made check in, check out, and understanding my bill really easy. The hotel is not far from Times Square/Grand Central terminal so travel is really easy. When I go back to New York I will definitely be staying here! 10/10 recommend and this feedback from me is 100% authentic. If you’re traveling from New York this is your place.

This was an amazing location. It was close to the subway and centrally located for tourist activities. The room was great and the staff was super nice!

We requested a crib a month before our trip and no crib was ready. Breakfast was terrible le for the money we paid. Elevator was super busy and sometimes not functional. Rest room door is a slider with no lock.

The staff was incredibly helpful and upbeat. Sincerely seem to like their jobs. That is always a big selling point for me. The outside bar on the second floor was a real treat after being indoors most of the day. And the food was good. Also, the fact that you can open the window in your room even a tiny bit is a real plus for me. I will definitely be back.

It was very clean. Staff was friendly and the overall location was great.

I had a couple mishaps while staying here. out of the control of even hotel. They went above and beyond making things right for me. I can't say enough for the staff, so friendly and accommodating! A huge shout out to Justin! I would give 10 stars for my stay! The breakfast was sooo good as well. And the rooftop was awesome having a couple drinks!
