The staff was a very polite and the rooms were very clean. Great location in the city.

Great location. Rooms very small 2 people in a double bed is good 3 is no room for luggage. And the rooms that say view of Empire State Building are not accurate You have to go to the end of the in wall air and leave ok far right to see it Staff very friendly

The elevator is a problem.

Uncooperative staff made an awesome difficult travel experience worse.

The hotel was very conveniently located, clean, the staff was awesome and very friendly (thank you Diego for all your help and attention to our needs). Check-inn and stay was GREAT!!!!

Nice and helpful staff. Hotel clean and brilliant location l. Room was tiny for 3 pax. Shower room was also tiny. AC system in 70's technology, noisy, and depending on your temperature settings, it will turn itself on and off in a noisy start in the middle of the night. For the price I'd expect a bigger room

Clean room. Working elevators. Nice staff. Easy and fast check-in. Great location. Easy access to train stations & Citi bikes.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, 10/10 service, thank you!

Good morning New York! Thank you, DoubleTree by Hilton Chelsea, for such a wonderful stay! We truly enjoyed our time here. One of the things we loved most was the hotel's perfect location, close to many of New York City's famous attractions, with easy access to trains and buses. It's also within walking distance of Times Square and many of our favorite destinations, making it so convenient to explore the city. Thank you for the excellent service and to your amazing, friendly staff for making our stay even more memorable. Thank you ❤️
