Unfortunately NO Pool, NO Sauna other than that it was very pleasant stay

I booked a room for 5, and the booking said the room slept 5. We got up to our room and there was no cot or anything for my 12 year old to sleep on. We went to the front desk and asked about sleeping accommodations for the 5th person on the room and that we specifically booked a room that was supposed to sleep 5. The staff could not be bothered by the request and basically stated we were screwed. My son ended up sleeping on the hard floor for 2 nights. The staff offered no partial refund for them not keeping what they stated they could accommodate - they basically didn’t care and made no apologies about it. Won’t stay here again.

The staff was excellent! The bar was cozy and an excellent bartender!!

Great room, good location. Spacious for New York standards. Staff was great and safety was amazing. Just 2 blocks from subway station and close to Central Park. Would stay again.

Clean room. Nice staff. Early check in. Luggage storage. Good location

Wonderful location. Sparkling clean. Good breakfast. Will definitely go back.

The rooms were really clean, the facilities in the hotel were great and all the staff friendly and helpful.

Great staff, great location and great amenities. Breakfast was great all the time we stayed. Thank you so much

The hotel is very convenient to shopping venues, restaurants, public transportation. 10-15 walk to the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. The check-in staff was very friendly

Clean room and attentive staff. Great selection at breakfast. Easy to store luggage while you waited for check-in.
