So pretty, smelled great, and food in the hotel restaurant was yummy. Lychee was 10/10

Clean room but less kitchen amenities I wish they had coffee maker and a microwave Overall stay was pleasant

The property was beautiful. The room was clean and the views were amazing! Also the lobby smelled so good I had to research it and buy the scent for my office.

Repeat customer to Nomo. Was my forth time staging. Love the hotel. The location. Staff is always so friendly. Clean hotel. Will be back.

My day was wonderful! The room was neat and clean housekeeping was on point the hotel front desk and concierge were great.

Not a single thing that I can complain about the room was amazing and the staff was very helpful…. Not to mention the cleaning people did an amazing job was a treat coming back into the room after a long day to it being perfectly cleaned! Can’t wait to visit again!!!

If you want to take a picture for social media, this is your place. If you want a high-end luxury hotel, go elsewhere. The property is fine but it needs some love, not the bandaids and scotch tape being applied. Just looks run-down (walls cracking, mold in showers, rust on fixtures) and amenities you’d think it would have for the price. The employees work hard and are kind, but they’re not exactly set up for guests to be wowed. I stayed with two kids (4 and 7). We got a king suite, thinking the pullout sofa would be big enough for such small kids. It wasn’t, and the room was not as pictured.

Great spot right in SOHO with a cool bar that’s a vibe.

The bar and location was great but the rooms were subpar for the money

The room smelled damp. The property, specially the restaurant is looking dated.
