Near to everything the staff very helpful and kind

Mixed experience - on the one had, the pros are that they have very helpful, courteous front desk staff and an amazing, central location near to great food, minutes away from the luxembourg garden, notre dame, etc. However, the property is dated and the rooms are and not in a thoroughly clean, appealing, or modern condition. There are no housekeeping services - you have to take the trash out yourself. Laundry facilities are incredibly frustrating and you can only use them by going through a finicky, unhelpful phone app. The facility and services were simply not in keeping with the cost. Were it not for the staff and location, both of which were fantastic, I would rate 0/1 star.

Within 20 min walk to multiple metro entery. Making it easy to get around to see highlights. Breakfast was well done with good virety. Outside of hotel is underwhelming and easy to miss. Inside leaves you feeling like 5 star. Biggest issue for us was enjoying the city and leaving the evening meal too late and places close to hotel stopped serving food.

Excellent location. Spacious clean rooms. Take advantage of the breakfast buffet.

The location is excellent. The studio room was great but be aware we asked for twin beds and apparently not guaranteed. We were moved to this room after one night as we needed our own beds. The rooms are not serviced, but you can get clean towels etc. would stay again

Great location! Wonderful staff, very friendly , helpful and professional! Highly recommend staying there!

Air Conditioning was not working and they didn’t want to give us another room. We had to ask several times. Then when we did move to a different room the shower head holder was broken.

Hôtel bien situé. Personnel compétent et serviable.

Perfect location and AC was cool.
