We just stayed here in July from the US with a family of 4 and it was great. Remember that this is a three star hotel in Paris so it will no be perfect and your typical hotel compared to in the US. For the cost and location though it worked great for us and we were very happy. We booked the family room which had a double bed and two single beds for the kids and a small outside patio area. On same block is a Brasserie to eat, Aldis, bakery butcher etc. Only a 10 minute walk to Arch De Triumph and Champs Elyse. The closest Metro is only 5 minutes away which is how we went sightseeing. The life saver for us is it had air conditioning since it was in on average 95 F when we stayed. Also breakfast option in the morning and our room was always cleaned when we came back from sightseeing. I would highly recommend this place.

Clean and Comfortable with good air conditioning

Lovely place with good atmosphere. Would gladly stay there again.

Beautiful area. Good hotel minor issues with room. Staff really helpful. Would stay here again.

Convenient location. Old, somewhat ragged furnishings. No fridge.

Awesome spot clean staff are freidly

We arrived during a heat wave and there waa no AC on thé 6th floor and the elevator was out as well. But the staff was very helpful and gave us free water and soft drinks and also covered our breakfasts to compensate for the inconvenience. The neighborhood is great and Aldi and FranPrix are a few paces away, along with many interesting eateries on the same street

Good location snd calm rooms. The room could use some updates and repairs.

Clean, well-appointed, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, within walking distance of ground transportation, well located for restaurants and shoppes, comfy mattress and big TV

The hotel is in a prefect location, that is mostly local which we really enjoyed and as we arrived early we were lucky and managed to get a room with a small balcony
