We booked a family room for 2 young children/infant and 2 adults to share the same room. We arrived to a broken and unsafe bed. We told reception immediately and was informed they would get someone to deal with it. We got back at 2200 to find they could not fix it and only offered a blanket at the time to fix it which clearly does not fix a completely broken bed. They wouldn’t give us another room as they did not have any family rooms available. The only option was to separate us on two completely different floors as it was so late we had no choice. Our original room that my wife and other child stayed in wasn’t the cleanest either. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned and was covered in bird faeces. In the morning we found our towels or where the towels were kept had a clump of black hair (none of us have black hair) and a large hair in the shower. Completely unsatisfied we had other options of hotel rooms and even more if we were willing to separate elsewhere but we went with Novotel as we felt it should have been a safe choice but that was not the case

Wonderful experience

Not a great hotel

Terrible everything was terrible thank you bye.

All is gd and very pro

Good value for money

No one change our bed Breakfast was not good

Very small room when we check in is pass 3:00 then they Han Dover the room

AC is awful, asked for towels multiple times and it wasn’t even delivered. They do not clean the room well enough. We had a glove at the bed side for days and I not even picked up. Bed sheets was just a cover and the bed is hard. I’m assuming they overbook and there’s not enough staff. Would never stay here again!!!! Not worth 4 stars.
