Excellent hotel at good location. Fantastic breakfast with a mix of Asian and western food. Stayed here multiple times and it’s great to stay here. Only glitch this time I felt was that towels have become old and they need to get fresh ones.

Good

Great stop over

clean room

Good room and good hotel facilities

Very nice room with superior breakfast composed of a wide choice of items.

Great staff, breakfast buffet, fitness center and common areas. The rooms are a bit tired; but comfortable. Overall highly recommend this property

Pros: Fun trip. Good quality hotel. Pickleball court on site (bonus!) as well as all the regular pool/gym/sauna etc. Cons: service staff taking coffee/tea orders at breakfast buffet couldn’t speak English and didn’t know the difference between coffee and tea. Every day for 5 days they got it wrong and I had to ask 2 or 3 times before I got what I wanted. My laundry wasn’t delivered on time, I needed to chase them up for it at 10pm. Then when it arrived half was missing. I followed up 2x more before I actually got all my laundry I ordered food at the pool and they told me couldn’t give to me with paying up front? I asked them to put it to my room, said she would check. Came back 5 mins later and said it was ok. Weird

There’s not much restaurant around the area. Too far from the main cbd( old quarter ). Some of the staff (reception staff ) can’t even understand basic english. Compare to the valet staff, they understand and speak english. Otherwise, the hotel is not bad at all. It’s just the communication is very prostrating.
