Very clean and comfortable room, with a nice pool. Very close to Disney with a free shuttle. Would recommend for families.

Pros were the shuttle frequency to and from Disneyland and the bunk beds (children favorite). The staff was also very helpful and fostered the cheer of a Disneyland holiday. Con’s: this hotel feels extremely dated abused by decades of rowdy families. The blue hallways were eerily reminiscent of the Shinning and the gym equipment is not maintained very well. The swimming area is good enough without being anything special (water is a little “murky”). Lastly, the breakfast buffet is underwhelming and did not change once during our week long stay.

Lovely hotel. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus is very reliable.

Rooms comfy, restaurant good with large varied choice at breakfast. Bar understaffed with long waits to be served. Issues with air con and baby soiled bedding reported at front desk but no action taken which was disappointing. Location and shuttle service to Disney excellent.

Great hotel! Easy access to Disney. Very short bus ride to the parks snd train station.

Would recommend very convenient location

Overall the stay was ok. In our room, things were broken, or not repaired. The toilet flusher was not fully functional, there were hairs from someone else in our bathroom, the light fixture in our room was broken, the suspended table for the coffee was broken.

Obviously the continental breakfast was superior to the English breakfast on offer but there was plenty of choice and the coffee was delicious! Staff were really helpful and knowledgable And the building was lovely We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely chose for our next Disneyland visit.

I would not pick this place again
