超赞 I had a great experience over the phone today. The lady at reception was friendly, courteous, and made the booking process easy from the very beginning.
I’d also like to thank Elodie and Ameen for their excellent assistance. They were both professional, patient, and very helpful in making it easy for me to book my car. Their customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate their support. Thank you!

很好 This is my third time staying in this property.
I like the location, children activities, gymnasium.
I guess cleaning could be improved. And swimming pools could be heated and cold.
During my stay, swimming pool water It was very cold.

Huge apartment style rooms that were super comfy and clean. The washer and dryer were so valued after travelling with kids. The pool is fantastic and the shuttle service to Disney was so easy and such a short drive. We’ve stayed at a lot of Disney hotels and this one was way better than staying at the park.
