Not sure if it was the room but the shower needed a repair, discovered so late in the night didn’t have the heart to have staff come up, afraid too my neighbors would be disturbed by the noise of repair… other than that a brilliant value would definitely give them another chance.

Everything was clean. The room was very tiny. The bed was comfortable. The shower/bathtub faucet handle was very loose and the toilet ran. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind.

Clean, comfortable rooms, nice staff, great breakfast selection!

Great location and a better staff

It was not amazing because my wife’s bra was stolen from the room . But the staff and manager was extremely supportive.

Everything was smooth

The property was good. Safe, clean and quiet. Close to all types of restaurants, stores, train stations, etc. The staff was kind and helpful. The only issue was the ice machine. It did not work most days. When it actually did work, very little ice came out. It is way too hot for the ice machines not to be working at this time. They need to fix ASAP. Other than that, my stay was good. I will return. I recommend.

Todo super espectacular y la atención y demás. El desayuno super rico.

Needed a smaller bed or a slightly bigger room.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
